For strengthened security, we store your password encrypted. That means we don't know your password and we are therefore unable to just send it to you.

You will be provided with a new password and asked to change it in your account profile.

After you enter your e-mail address, we will send you confirmation e-mail, so we are sure that it is you who requests the new password. When you click the confirmation link in the e-mail message, we will generate a new password and send it to you.
